Nancy Smith joined Northwest Financial Insurance Group in 2017 as an agent assisting clients with their Medicare needs. From her past experiences in the medical and business fields, she uses her knowledge and expertise to navigate clients with their healthcare coverage in the Medicare world. As of July 2020, she is also working with individual and group clients with health, vision, and dental insurance plans.

Nancy thoroughly enjoys being a part of our team of insurance agents and is dedicated to providing our clients with the best customer service that they need/expect. With her background as a business analyst, no one can ask too many questions to clarify the confusion that healthcare can pose.

In her free time, she enjoys walking, biking, and playing golf. She is also a huge fan of sporting events, especially at the collegiate level whether in person or on TV. Family and friends both in Oregon and Michigan are very special to Nancy, so visiting and traveling with them is a very integral part of her life.
