Michael W. Gray is the founder of Northwest Financial Insurance Group. He began his career in the Insurance and Financial Services industry in 1974. Mike has helped build the Insurance Group’s reputation on a foundation of integrity, independence, professional knowledge and personal relationships. Mike has a keen appreciation of the issues that employers face today. He considers it his responsibility to accurately identify the specific needs of each client and direct them to the most comprehensive and affordable coverage. His leadership brings a straightforward approach to risk management, annually reviewing coverages and rates from all appropriate carriers to help provide the best coverage at the lowest premium. Mike holds Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 Securities Registrations with LPL Financial. He also holds an Oregon Health and Life Insurance license. The best part of Mike’s life is his family; his lovely wife Kim, their four children, and four grandchildren. Together, their favorite recreational activities center on spending family time together, water skiing at Triangle Lake, snorkeling in Maui or kayaking on the Deschutes.
